This page explains how we use any information you give to us and the ways in which we protect your privacy.
What information do we collect?
If you use the Call2Action website it does not store or capture personal information, but merely logs the user's IP address that is automatically recognised by the web server.
We do not use cookies for collecting user information and we will not collect any information about you except that required for system administration of our web server.
We collect information from visitors to the website in two ways:
Contacting us
You can ask for further information or request services in the following ways
If you send an e-mail or complete a form on the website asking for information or a service that requires a response, we will respond to you directly. We do not pass on your details to any third party.
After we have replied to you, we will keep a record of your message for at least six years.
This information may be used to send adhoc mailings which we believe will be of interest to you, however you will have the option of opting out of further such communication, in which case we will cease to contact you.
Site usage information - Log files
Log files allow us to record visitors' use of the site. We put together log file information from all our visitors, which we use to make changes to the layout of the site and to the information in it, based on the way that visitors move around it. Log files do not contain any personal information or information about which other sites you have visited.
3rd party links
The Call2Action website contains links to other websites. This privacy policy applies only to our site, so you should always take care when you are moving to another site and read the privacy statement of any site, which collects personal information. Call2Action accepts no responsibility or liability for these sites.
We do not pass on any personal information you have given us to any other site.
Updates
If this policy changes in any way, we will place an updated version on this page. Regularly reviewing this page ensures you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances, if any, we will share it with other parties.
